About the Role

Invicta Software is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Associate to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management systems to enhance client engagement and drive business growth.

As a CRM Associate, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and support targeted campaigns. Key Objectives

  • Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

  • Support the execution and analysis of CRM-driven marketing and sales campaigns.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize CRM workflows and reporting.

  • Provide timely insights and reports to aid decision-making across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily CRM data entry, cleansing, and validation tasks.

  • Assist in segmenting customer data for targeted communications.

  • Generate and distribute regular CRM reports on customer activity and campaign performance.

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to implement CRM best practices and automation.

  • Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and recommend enhancements.

  • Support user training and troubleshoot CRM-related issues as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably in a software or technology environment.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with data privacy standards and best practices.
